Residents are reminded that Delivery Partners such as, but not limited to, Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Hungry Panda, should not be granted entry to the building through the intercom system.

Residents are required to meet their Delivery Partner’s provider at the front entrance of the building.

This is to ensure that the building remains a safe and secure premises for all residents and the facilities in the building.

Residents that grant entry to the building to a Delivery Partner will be wholly responsible for the Delivery Partner’s actions and movements whilst in the property.

Any damage, criminal behavior or breaches to the Registered Rules will be the responsibility of the Lot granting entrance to the Delivery Partner into the property.

The same requirements extend to couriers delivering package and postal services to the property.
